Position Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Ecoguard air, oil, fuel filters & separators across the assigned territory. The role involves dealer development, mechanic outreach, field visits, branding activities, and achieving monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit mechanics, workshops, dealers, fleet owners, and industrial customers.
- Convert leads into active buying customers.
- Promote complete product range of Ecoguard Filters.
2. Dealer Network Development
- Identify potential dealers/distributors.
- Conduct dealer onboarding, training & product orientation.
- Ensure proper stock rotation, visibility, branding, and repeat orders.
3. Market Expansion & Field Activities
- Daily field visits
- Execute shop-level branding, posters, danglers, shelf branding.
- Conduct mechanic awareness programs in garages and workshops.
- Support marketing campaigns and local promotions.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain healthy business relations with all stakeholders.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and support needs.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily sales report (DSR).
- Update visit reports, follow-ups, and monthly sales forecasting.
- Track competitor activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills in local language & English.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory.
- Product knowledge of automotive filters preferred.
- Basic Excel & reporting skills.
- Field-oriented & result-driven.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree/MBA.
- Experience: 1–3 years in automotive spare parts sales preferred.
- Age: 20–40 years.
- Should own a two-wheeler (preferred).

Salary Range & Compensation
Entry Level: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
