1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within [1–2 business days] (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g., 3:00 PM IST] will be processed the next business day.
- In case of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email/phone.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are:- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities / Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Express / Priority Shipping (if available): Additional charges apply and will be shown at checkout.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
- You can track your order on our website or directly on the courier partner’s tracking page.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.
- If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at sales@ecoguardfilters.com, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.
7. International Shipping (if applicable)
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- If enabled in the future, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately.
- Do not accept delivery if the package is visibly tampered with. Notify the courier and reach out to us at once.
